Raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, Debbey Wade Schaffner graduated from North Carolina at Chapel Hill University. She began her career in business and manufacturing for over 15 years in Raleigh. Leveraging her design mind and love for structure, spaces, and engineering; she then served customers on the construction side of real estate as a general contractor. She not only worked for residential customers building additions and remodeling, but she also worked for governmental and commercial establishments where she was responsible for projects in excess of twenty million dollars traveling throughout the eastern United States.

With the need to be closer to home with her young family, Debbey launched into real estate joining top producing Kristy McLean with Triangle McLean Homes Team.
